However, here at Beaufort Rentals, we’re proud to announce that our portfolio continues to outshine the market average, with our average days on market rising slightly from 20.50 in April 2023 to 21 in 2024. While the increase is marginal, it’s worth noting that we’re still ahead of the curve.

Now, let’s talk rent. The median rental prices in Beaufort County, sourced from zumper.com, show some interesting trends. Year over year, we’re seeing steady growth across the board. The median 1-bedroom rent is now $1,729, up 4% from last year. Similarly, the median 2-bedroom rent has risen to $2,029, also up 4% year over year. For those in the market for a 3-bedroom home, the median rent is now $2,300, marking a 5% increase from the previous year.
